Competitive Compensation
Shultz Transport offers a starting pay of .50 CPM (cents per mile) with additional drop and hook pay. Minimum nightly rate, regardless of miles!
Stability With Your Schedule
Employees can expect consistent work throughout the year with multiple routes and schedule options. Additionally, your work is entirely night shift, so you don’t have to deal with traffic!
Benefits & Additional Pay
Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, dental, vision, life, accident coverage, and a 401(k) plan, are available after just 90 days. In addition, reap the benefits of working for us with incentive pay for major holidays, a peak season bonus during November and December, and one week of paid vacation after the first year!
